Plot

Dan is recovering from the events of last issue when his mother drops a bombshell: Dan and his sister Barbara were adopted. Meanwhile, the maniacal Madcap goes on a rampage in Grand Central Station driving the patrons mad and causing them to commit horrific acts of violence not only on others but on themselves as well.
